"Your basic, fun triathlon"

4

This is a fun triathlon with lots of positive energy from participants and organizers. The bike course could be better designed, as it is a 4x loop, but it does allow the whole bike ride to be free of vehicles. Timing of events before the race is a bit off, too.

"Fun and well organized"

I have only completed 2 triathlons - this one was great and well organized. Information necessary was given out ahead of time and many volunteers came together to make this an awesome race.

"Car Free Triathlon"

5

I've done this race twice, in 2015 and 2017. It is a well organized, fun event but one quality that doesn't get enough credit is that the bike course is closed to traffic and the run course is virtually traffic free as well.

Really good event this year. I did the intermediate Lots of positive energy floating around from the race directors and the volunteers! The weather made it even nicer.

"Very Good Race"

4

This was my 4th sprint triathlon. By now I was comfortable with transition areas and what to expect. It was well organized but the only thing I didn't care for was the way biking distances were set up. 2x 6 mile loops for the sprint or 4x for the Olympic.

"I have done this Tri event for the past 4 or 5 years and hope to continue for many years to come!!"

I only did the sprint this year as I didn't anticipate time enough to prepare for the intermediate. Glad I made that choice.

"Well run - lots of fun"

5

The race team is REALLY energetic. It is important, when it is 54 degrees out, to not be annoyed by the pre-race meeting. The race directors were entertaining and enthusiastic. That was a great start to the day.

"Rochester Triathlon - Fast and Well Organized"

5

The Rochester Triathlon is put on by the Rochester Triathlete's. It is very well organized. Many little details go into making it a must do triathlon in Rochester. They gave medals to first time triathlete's (over 50 of them). They had Aquabike racers start with the triathlete's.

"Rochester TRI"

Absolutely awesome race. I've done this race for the past 6 years. One of my favorites. Update the website to show that you do give awards for Aquabike/Aquathon's . You give awards which is great, but your award section on your landing page does not indicate so.
