My third year running the Little Rock 10K/Marathon combo challenge. Each year the 10K course has changed. This year's course is a great improvement over the previous versions. The start line (also the finish) is now behind the convention center...and it feels like a dungen waiting for the start (compared to previous start area). The finish area is also not as welcoming as previous years. We were rushed through the finish area; I didn't like that...but there isn't much to do there anyway. The race itself is good to go, if you want to go fast ensure you are in corral b! The race does not enforce corral assignments. You'll have walker up in the corral C, D, and E.... trick is to enter your expected finish time correctly during registration and then move up one corral closer to start line.

Top Tips:
Scout the access to start finish, for best access before race morning. Stay in North Little Rock to save about $100 per/night...but walk about 3/4 mile to race start. Or if you have an RV, stay at the Downtown Riverside RV Park (North Little Rock side of river)...<$40/night (make reservations way in advanced).
