"Outstanding Every Year"

Been to every Pirate Paddle and Rich does a fabulous job from start to finish. Did the 3.5 mile race and the weather cooperated this year. Will be back next year definitely.

"Outstanding!"

Drove 3 hours from Baltimore to participate. Weather was great. Breeze and current added a little challenge. Not many surfski paddlers, but the competition was strong. Looking forward to racing there again next year.

"Overall, a well organized race compared to most. I would do it again!"

Directions to the race, maps of the venue, etc were done well. There was a festive atmosphere, even after delaying the race a day due to weather/conditions. Free food after was excellent. The professional photographer allows free downloads of her photos.

"Captain Rich finds gold"

Treasure island pirate paddle is a great way to start the year off in NJ. Weather didn’t cooperate on Saturday but Rich and crew made right call putting safety first. Communication, site maps and course make it easy to find and know where you will be paddling.

"Cool vibe, fun race for all levels"

Rich and his staff are first rate. Friendly, helpful and encouraging. Check in was fast and painless. Point Pleasant is one of the prettiest towns on the Jersey Shore. My son and I raced the 3.5 miler. The course can be challenging with tides, wind and chop, so come prepared.
