"Fun, challenging race"

4

I ran the 8K. There were only about 20 people in that race - it would be nice to get more eventually. It is a nice course around a lake, but challenging because it gets hilly in places. Very well organized.

"Fun Run!"

5

This race is so fun! The super hero vibes give it energy while the run around lake Lanier takes your mind off the solid hill climb you’ll conquer. It’s a race for all ages and the people that run it are top notch ❤️

"Hidden Gem"

5

This like all the Miles in Martinsville races is a hidden gem that more runners should try. It offers not only the standard 5K but also the 8K and virtual run options. The course is well marked and scenic. It is put on by a friendly, fun-loving group that promotes participation at all levels.

"A fun and challenging 5k!"

5

This was a fun 5k race with a great atmosphere around the beautiful Lake Lanier. The first mile is downhill and very fast, but the second mile will challenge your hill climbing skills! The third mile has one short hill , but is mostly flat with a small 1-2% grade sprint to the finish!

"Fun Race Around the Lake"

5

This year was a new title sponsor SOVAH Medical. The course does not change from year to year. It is downhill for most of the first mile. Then uphill for most of the second mile. The last mile is mostly downhill. This is for the 5K part of the race.
