I've run this race almost every year it has taken place, and have enjoyed it every time. The course is challenging but manageable, running through the town of Cottleville. I love that Monsignor Callahan of St. Joseph parish opens the race with a prayer, and an Irish blessing!
The run is always a great workout and extra hard with the hills. It is frustrating during the beginning to get around walkers. It would be nice if you sectioned off walkers to the back of the starting line or asked them to stay to the far right of the course!
