"Takelma Gravel Grinder"

4

My only suggested change would be to have the "finish" closer to town on the paved road. Having the timing section of the race be 12miles from the start is to far in my opinion.

"Tough race but perfect amount of climbing"

Scenery was great. Roads were superb. Aid stations were ok. Support, swag, and afterparty were great too.

"Now I know why they call it Canyonville!"

Awesome event starting with riding through the casino, the support from the locals as you rode through town, the aid stations and when you finish celebrating with great food, music and beer.

"Epic! Great views to make the climbs very enjoyable!"

Did the Bold Route and while it was 57, the timed section was 42 miles or so which included an 11-mile or so pavement warm up. The starting through the casino was different and interesting!

Very well organized at all levels, if anything they did more than necessary! Fantastic scenery.

"Great gravel ride"

Did the decaf ride with my nephew that was 15 years old. Great ride especially for it being the first. Great support too

"Takelma takes grit"

5

I completed the bold route for this gravel grinder. This isn't an easy route, it does take some preparing for and be ready for climbing. The route was well marked the entire course and aide stations were really helpful. Lots of people made this possible and it shows.
